Description
You will be responsible for Strategic Business Management in which you wi ll Plan the strategic objectives for the CC in discussion with all global and local stakeholders and monitor milestones to ensure timely deliver and manage diverse stakeholders across different regions and functions. Ensure appropriate governance models are established and are driven on a periodic basis.
Job Responsibilities:
Regular strategic progress review, accomplishments & opportunities
Responsible for decisions/activities that have significant impact on the organization's P&L
Manage monthly highlights & performance reporting to wider forums
Keep up to date with industry practice, product development and evolving regulations
Oversee consultative partnerships across multiple Stakeholders with strong understanding of business drivers and underlying data
Establish standards for collaboration with business owners to formulate quantifiable goals; advise on strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals
Required qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Steering management meetings and being responsible for setting the team agenda and discussion priorities
Being responsible for meeting documentation and key action points
Analysis of New Business Initiative analysis
Act as Trusted Partner to Operations & support any operations activity from Finance perspective
Provide oversight to business management team at Manila
Builds cohesive, winning teams through strong communication and involvement of all team members
Mentor and coach to team to always aim to achieve over and beyond
Hire and retain the right talent in the team
