Position Overview:
As the Business Manager/Generalist/Entrepreneur in Residence at Stader Labs, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, strategic direction, and overall success of our startup.
You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop and execute business strategies, manage day-to-day operations, and foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. This role requires a versatile professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, and the broader cryptocurrency landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the executive team to formulate short-term and long-term business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships within the blockchain and DeFi ecosystem.
Product Innovation:
Work closely with the product development team to guide the creation and enhancement of cutting-edge blockchain and DeFi solutions that cater to market demands and customer needs.
Financial Management:
Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and contribute to financial decision-making to ensure sustainable growth while managing costs and maintaining profitability.
Market Research:
Stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi sectors, utilising this knowledge to inform business strategies and decisions.
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Bring a proactive and adaptive approach to problem-solving, embracing change and uncertainty as opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in growth strategy, business management, or operations with some background in management consulting firms.
Experience operating a BU or category in a tech-first space
No prior exposure to Blockchain/Crypto/DeFi is mandatory but is definitely a strong plus

Stader’s vision is to make staking mainstream and bring 1B+ users to staking. To achieve it we are creating multiple structured products on top of staking, aggregating all types of staking products, and being the distribution layer for staking across retail and business user segments for multiple blockchains.
We are assembling a rockstar team of people with varied skill sets and are looking for high-performance people looking to bring crypto staking to the mainstream to join us in this journey. The current team has members with a combined 40+ years of work experience in building high-quality crypto technology as well as scaling start-ups. The founding team members are from IITs, IIMs, and Ivy League Universities with experience across acclaimed firms like Swiggy, Linked In, Comcast, Paypal, , etc.

In less than a month we have grown exponentially on the Ethereum blockchain - locking in $30M in assets.
With more than $137M assets staked and more than 85K wallets, we’ve raised about $40M at a valuation of around $500M, holding series A funding.
