Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Manager- Enterprise sales to join our dynamic sales team. As a Business Manager- Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies within the enterprise market segment. You will work closely with our executive team to identify key target accounts, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the enterprise sales process.

Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the enterprise market segment.
● Identify and target key accounts in collaboration with the executive team and establish productive relationships with key stakeholders.
● Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and competitive landscape within the enterprise sector.
● Build and manage a high-performing sales team by setting clear objectives, providing coaching and mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
● Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
● Analyse sales data, track performance metrics, and generate regular reports to monitor progress towards sales targets.
● Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities.
● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and expand the customer base.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
● Fluent English communication.
● Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
● Strong knowledge of the enterprise market segment, including industry trends, challenges, and key players.
● Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
● Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, meet or exceed targets, and drive revenue growth.
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
● Analytical mindset and proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems to track and analyse sales data.
● Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding expectations and driving business growth.
● Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
