Your key responsibilities
Business Management Function
• Creating and monitoring DB buyer POs
• Invoices management
• Creating, monitoring and maintaining org charts, Workday including follow up on Job Requisitions (JR)
• Monitoring and optimizing our floor space with CRES
• FMS access for Avaloq staff
• Tracking of KOD updates
• Follow up on KPIs for Frankfurt Team.
• Gathering of stats for senior management and maybe preparation of decks
Middle office Function
• Control vendor Avaloq invoices for UK, CH and KSA
Create JR in Workday and request relevant systems access for the Operations CH team members
