Business Manager of Design and Operation
As a Business Manager of Design and Operation, you will oversee the management of helping partners (Franchise Owners) and their teams in sales, design processes, and operational communication.
Main Responsibilities:
Helping Partners in sales funnel management to achieve higher conversion rates.
Manage the designing of 12 to 15 projects per month.
Oversee the work output of Partner and Team for 5 Stores.
Assist in hiring IDs by conducting technical interviews.
Train designers to achieve predictable sales and design output.
Cultivate Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
Collaborate with Category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback.
Guide and manage coordination with vendors and business partners through project completion.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for guiding and managing coordination with vendors and business partners throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
