Branch Manager- MSME Housing Loan
Minimum 2 years of experience in BL / LAP/
HL in Bank / NBFC / MFI
• Build customer relations, decent Communications skills, good coordination & Negotiation skills
• Liasoning with official authorities (govt. officials / corporations / clients etc.)
• Local market knowledge and experience in the Home Loan vertical
• Planning, hiring, directing a team of Relationship Officers
• Directing & coordinating sales activity at the local & regional level
• Managing a budgeted Sales team for market penetration
• Local language is highly preferable
• Ensure the team's productivity and their business
