Job Description
· Establish performance monitoring frameworks to track site operations, service quality, machine uptime, and maintenance effectiveness across the rental fleet.
· Drive preventive maintenance and operational excellence initiatives to minimize downtime, improve asset reliability, and maximize lifecycle value of the rental fleet.
· Represent the organization in key client reviews, site audits, and performance meetings to ensure service excellence and strengthen strategic customer relationships.
5. Billing, Collections & Receivable Management
· Oversee the financial governance of the rental business by ensuring accurate and timely billing in alignment with contractual and commercial terms.
· Drive effective receivables management across all rental contracts to ensure strong cash flow and financial stability.
· Establish proactive client engagement mechanisms to ensure timely realization of payments and adherence to agreed credit terms.
· Lead resolution and escalation of overdue receivables while coordinating with finance and commercial teams to protect the financial performance of the rental division.
6. Client Relationship Management
· Build and nurture strategic, long-term relationships with key industrial and infrastructure clients to strengthen the company’s position in the rental market.
· Serve as the senior commercial interface for major rental clients, ensuring strong executive-level engagement and alignment on business objectives.
· Drive a culture of service excellence across the rental organization to ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance.
· Lead client retention strategies by securing long-term partnerships, contract renewals, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
7. Team Leadership & Development
· Lead and align the rental sales, operations, and service functions to deliver sustainable business growth and operational efficiency across the rental division.
· Drive performance governance through regular business reviews, sales pipeline evaluations, and strategic planning sessions to ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
· Champion a collaborative culture by strengthening cross-functional coordination between sales, service, operations, and finance to support seamless execution and long-term business success.
