Role Description - Summary:
This role is being raised for the RCA Tech – AFC PMO, Pune Magarpatta.

Your key responsibilities:
• Hands on exposure in performing project & program management in CA-Clarity
• Assisting PM's in managing and maintaining end2end portfolio financials for Trade surveillance area i.e. Managing both Cash & P&L views for Senior IT & Business Stakeholders
• Managing Purchase Requests/Orders for RCA Tech – Compliance
• Creating various reports for trade surveillance management team
• Headcount reporting and aligning the same to approved/agreed ToM for CIO area and perform planning of resources under required projects/programs as per agreed levels/strategy i.e. Managing both Internal & External work-force
• Track Resource(s) Chargeability – Task & Team Management, timesheet management for Trade surveillance global team
• Adhering to Organization's CGF practices to ensure Change Governance Framework being implemented and all programs remains compliant all the time
• Perform meaningful information/reporting to Trade surveillance Management Team on periodic and Ad-hoc basis. E.g. Financial Dashboards; HC Analysis etc.
Experience / Expose
• 6+ years experience of PMO / Business Management practices in IT industry
• Strong Data Analytical Skills & Management Reporting background
• Proficient and Effective Communication and Influencing Skills, fluent in English (written/verbal)
• Open to learn and work on new dimensions
• Proficient in MS Office, CA Clarity
• Excellent Team Player
