Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end project lifecycle marketing strategy and integrated marketing communication for the portfolio handled to enable delivery of target performance
• Driving marketing innovations across online and offline media, and customer touchpoints to drive business growth
• Project launch and sustenance media planning and budget management ensuring adherence cost of marketing benchmark targets set
• Creative communication strategy and campaign development aligned with consumer insight
• Strategic execution of integrated campaigns across media - Outdoor, Digital, Print, Radio, Events & BTL.
• Strategic support to all verticals and channel partner teams to drive business for the portfolio handled.
• Campaign performance tracking and lead funnel management
• Owner of customer experience at the marketing office and across all customer touchpoints
• Development of marketing collaterals, content and communication material across touchpoints
• Key custodian of brand guidelines across touchpoints
