Marketing Strategy and Execution Specialist

• Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of marketing campaigns
• Research and develop marketing strategies, evaluate their success, and implement improvements
• Develop compelling content for marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends and best practices
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve campaign goals
• Implement referral and email campaigns to engage with customers
• Evolve and refine the corporate brand identity and collateral
Requirements
• Proficiency in using email marketing, lead generation, and other B2B marketing tools
• Ability to run campaigns independently, conduct A/B testing, and continuously improve reach
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or liberal arts
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
