In this role you will be :
- Responsible for selling the company's product(s), services, solutions, or projects in Delhi NCR.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups/ segments.
- Using prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy, as recommended from time to time by the company leadership.
- Having in-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish sales targets.
- Strong patient connect in segments like Clinics, Hospitals, Nursing Homes and in specialities like Cardiology, Neurology ,Oncology and general Physicians.
- Making decisions within a defined framework, or as per leadership guidance with limited autonomy when working for a project, product line, market, sales process or patinet families.
- Having access to technical skills and analytical thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- Solicit new patients with the help of lead generation activities. Put in effort to mature and close existing leads.
- Manage existing accounts to support continuation of existing/recurring revenue.
- Communicating with internal (within company like managers, management & colleagues) and external stakeholders (patients, doctors, managemnet teams and distributors etc.) to generate revenue for the company.
- Providing guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
Required Qualifications :
- This role requires 3 plus years of advanced experience in Sales, preferably from the healthcare industry in a B2B pr B2C setting.
- Experience in Cardiology, Neurology ,Internal medicines ,Home healthcare etc. will be preferred.
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
- Good relationships with various patients/family in the Territory esp. in the Target Segment.

- Strong desire to succeed. Self-motivated, quick learner, hands on and street smart.
- Ability to identify needs gaps and curate relevant product solutions for various customers.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Ability to stay self- motivated for long periods of time. Self-starter and go-getter.
- Willing to travel outside headquarters/ base location for up to 50% of the time.
