Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Office Manager located in Surat. The Business Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, manage office equipment, facilitate effective communication across teams, and deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for effective internal and external coordination
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage daily operational tasks
Experience with operating and maintaining Office Equipment
Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and maintain client satisfaction
Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Proficiency with office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and email platforms
Previous experience in office management or a similar leadership role is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage
