About the Company: It’s a Bangalore based Start-up Company into branded Food Product business having distribution operation in Bangalore, NCR and Mumbai specially in Modern organized Retail Companies in India.
As part of our ambitious plan, we will be shortly starting our Distribution operation at Kolkata.
We are looking for a dynamic self-motivated Female Candidate who can take care day to day operation of the business in coordination with all the Depot In charge and be instrumental for the growth of the organization with minimum supervision.
Profile of the Candidate:
•Graduate in subject preferably B. Com or B.Sc.
•Work Experience: 2-5 years in a Business Environment
•Strong Communication skill in English and Hindi
•Prior experience of working in MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is a must.
•Working knowledge in Digital social media would be highly appreciated
•Hard working, positive, ability to do multi-tasking and strong desire to learn
•Age should be in the range of 25-30 years
•Fresher should not apply
KEY RESPONSIBILTY AREA (KRA)
•Day to Day Coordination with the Institutional Customers and Depot In charge and ensure timely execution of Purchase Orders
•Raising Invoice for each Purchase Order and raising E Way bill for the transport vehicle for smooth supply of goods to the Customers in all the region.
•Maintaining optimum stock level in each DCs in India and ensure no stock out situation
•Monitoring the monthly expenses of the depots and maintaining the same in a systematic manner
•Admin function of the staffs
•Preparing the Outstanding statement and follow up the receivables as per the predetermined credit period with the customers
•Monitoring and checking the debit notes with all the Modern Retails / Institutional customers on a day to basis and forwarding to the accountant for maintaining it tally.
•Maintaining the details of all the monthly Invoices and expenses in soft copy beside the hard copies of the same.
•Compiling and analyzing the region wise sales data on a monthly basis and submit to the management for improvement of the business
•To have sharp eyes on the new business Prospects and “ON BOARDING” the customer through end-to-end coordination
•Ability to take briefing of tasks from management and execute the same without supervision
•Promoting the brand through social media in PAN India
•Interacting with various vendors of the company to buy goods and services under the guidance of management
•Any other tasks may be given based on the requirement of the organization
Compensation: As per the profile of the candidate and will not be a limiting factor.
Beside salary, Performance Link Incentive can be offered.
