You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information about our fleet. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with reservations, rentals, and returns
2. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
3. Provide detailed information about our car models, features, and rental terms
4. Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and paperwork
5. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
6. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
7. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the availability and readiness of vehicles
8. Monitor and manage the inventory of rental vehicles
