Description
1. Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
2. Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
3. Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
4. Prepare the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure were on track to hit revenue targets.
5. Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team.
6. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
7. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
8. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
9. Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
10. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
11. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
12. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
13. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
1. 3+ years experience working in a business role.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Great leadership skills & top-notch analytical skills.
4. Ability to build rapport.
5. The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new markets as needed.
6. Web Hosting/IT SAAS industry Experience is a Must
