Job Overview
The Deutsche Bank is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Private Banking Analyst to join their team. The role involves supporting multiple critical processes within the operations of the bank, with a focus on ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end process of account freezing and unfreezing for private banking clients, liaising with onshore colleagues and relationship managers to ensure accurate execution of requests.
• Perform multiple level calculations to determine final amounts and make payments, requiring a basic understanding of SEPA payment systems.
• Verify client signatures for various banking documents and transactions, ensuring proper documentation and system updates in accordance with bank policies.
• Collaborate with onshore teams and clients, communicating effectively in German for smooth coordination of tasks and resolving operational issues.
• Proactively identify and escalate potential risks or fraudulent activities associated with account transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• German language certification ranging between B1 to C2 (preferably from Goethe/Max Mueller Bhavan).
• At least 2 - 4 years experience in German language process.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact independently with various stakeholders.
