Your New Role
As a new Business Payments & Support Manager, you will be responsible for delivering world class service to key business clients using AustralianSuper’s digital business tools. As businesses invest more in enterprise software, providing effective support for digital superannuation compliance is essential for the Workplace Partnership team to deliver seamless, integrated service and lasting value for partners.
You will ensure timely and accurate responses to queries from businesses, vendor partners, and internal Workplace Partnership colleagues. Responsibilities include technical support and ongoing administration for payments and systems, as well as proactive engagement with internal stakeholders and Business clients.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to
Provide dedicated phone and email support for technical issues and onboarding related to digital business tools, as well as ongoing administration.
Support Partnership Managers and Business Development Managers with employer visits, digital business tool setup, and the transition of employers.
Manage registrations, approvals, welcome communications, and maintain accurate contact details for key employer contacts using digital business tools.
Manage escalations from the Contact Centre to resolution, including digital business tools, and key business services, ensuring compliance with business rules.
Review accuracy of clearinghouse file submissions for Corporate Super clients
Identify and report pain points or gaps in service, based on feedback from the contact centre, NPS, and stakeholders; contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need
Previous experience in similar or relevant role ideally within Superannuation
Well developed, written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience delivering outstanding customer service
Strong understanding of the Payments and Digital Service Provider ecosystem
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Excellent cross functional collaboration skills, including being a team player and working with people outside your direct team.
Agility to learn and adopt new products, features and tools with an interest in technology.
Growth mindset, hunger for learning and a natural curiosity
Experience in working under pressure, managing multiple conflicting priorities and meeting timeframes
RG146 accreditation or willingness to obtain
