Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5-7 interior designers, providing guidance and performance oversight.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the interior design project pipeline.

• Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and pitch design solutions effectively.

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure client needs are translated into practical and aesthetic solutions.

• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.

• Oversee project lifecycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction at each stage.

• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

• Monitor industry trends, pricing, and market activities to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (mandatory).

• Proven experience in sales or business development within the interior design, architecture, or real estate sectors.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• High level of initiative, accountability, and ownership.
