This large Accounting firm in Melbourne's CBD has multiple locations, in every major city. They continue to grow and have created a new Business Advisory Manager position. You will be responsible for your own team of staff and portfolio of large clients.

Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to address their financial needs and provide expert advisory services.
Manage the relationships with your clients directly.
Provide management guidance, coaching and leadership to team, to help them, as well as you, progress your career.
The Successful Person Will Likely Have/be
Qualified Accountant is highly preferred.
A proven track record of at least 6 years in a relevant accounting role.
Experience managing a team.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in effective communication, coaching and adept at fostering interpersonal relationships.
