What You'll Do:
Find & Research Leads:
· Identify potential clients and partners in ag and agri-business.
· Build and maintain an organized list of contacts using CRM tools.
· Keep your eyes open for trends and opportunities to bring to the team.
Support the Sales Team:
· Help draft and send emails, messages, and basic outreach materials.
· Assist in building presentations and sales decks.
· Coordinate meetings and follow-up touchpoints.
Keep Clients Happy:
· Support relationship management with current clients.
· Help respond to client questions and make sure they get what they need.
· Collaborate on refining our value and how we communicate it.
Strategy & Campaigns:
· Join brainstorming for new revenue ideas or program campaigns.
· Support client-facing aspects of our campaigns.
· Coordinate timelines and task lists for client projects.
· Communicate with teammates and clients to keep projects moving.
Event Support:
· Help coordinate sponsor materials and client communication for events.
· Pitch in on follow-ups after events to help convert interest into action.
