Overview
The Business Solutions Change Lead (Know Your Client (KYC) applications) reports to the Global Head of Business Solutions and Automation for Institutional Cash Management (ICM) and Trade Finance Financial Institutions (TFFI) and is responsible for driving and supporting KYC change programs and projects designed to deliver business solutions in alignment with business priorities. Today's regulatory and compliance environment requires a robust and efficient KYC process and strong non-financial risk management, which need to be supported by robust and efficient systems and processes. The Change Lead will be experienced in the KYC lifecycle, project management processes and techniques, and be skilled at collaborating with and influencing global colleagues to deliver solutions iteratively. You will be creative, collaborative, innovative, and passionate with a strong desire to make an impact. You will be managing working groups and leading calls with global teams and end users to collate business requirements and translate them into change requests; representing the Business during change forums and keeping all stakeholders engaged and updated.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain high level of awareness of known defects and actively drive interim operational work-around processes (if any) to minimize the impact
• Facilitate and drive end-users to test enhancements and fixes to defects before they are released to Production
• Conduct meetings and actively participate in sessions relating to both Business and Tech Program driven system changes through all stages of delivery
• Prepare and publish regular communications to global stakeholders regarding system changes
• Publish regular Reports and MI
• Manage timely and effective communication of system issues related to KYC business applications
Your Skills and Experience:
• Recognized university degree and extensive professional experience, accuracy, diligence, and the ability to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines
• Proven track record of Project Management and Strategic planning within large international organizations
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of KYC processes and underlying regulatory requirements during Client On-Boarding and periodic reviews
• Inquisitive thinker experienced in a range of problem-solving techniques & approaches
• Significant management experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues at all levels of seniority and in virtual teams, resilience and commitment, ability to plan, prioritize, and work independently under pressure
