AVP/VP, Business Partnerships, Financial Inclusion The role will lead the efforts on partnerships with various pan India Business Correspondent/Facilitator (BC/BF) companies, API and non-API distributors of Financial inclusion. The successful partnership should result in extending the Bank’s reach to various parts of India in offering the financial products in unbanked and underbanked areas. Important Skills: Deep expertise in Financial inclusion projects and partnerships using Business Correspondent/ Facilitator model Strong industry connects with companies involved in Financial inclusion providing agent services for Banks such as Business correspondents, API distributors and local level distributors Strong understanding of open API banking and prior experience in integrating with Business correspondent companies Leadership quality to represent Kotak Bank, in financial inclusion industry meets and drive innovation within the Bank Job Requirement Candidate must have deep understanding of financial inclusion banking products such as AEPS, BBPS, CMS, DMT, etc and related processes The incumbent is expected to screen and implement financial inclusion projects independently by partnering with various BC/ BF companies Own up the Go to market strategy with identified partners; Manage implementation of API working with various intenral and external stakeholders Own and offer uniform commercial terms to various partners to drive business and strategic objectives. Devise annual operating plan for partnerships including forecasting, track key metrics and generate revenues Onboarding Process- You are expected to work with the internal stake holders for onboarding, kyc checks, documentation etc. work closely with risk and compliance to keep a track of new changes as per RBI norms. Internal stake holder management- Need to wok closely with the internal stake holders to get the business growth. i.e work with Product to identify the gap and build the product roadmap as per business requirement. Work with tech, ops for day to day recon and refunds. Work with operations and finance for smooth commission settlement to the merchants and maintain prefunding to avoid Business disruption and manage risk. Managing P&L- Overall P&L ownership. Offering right commercial and proper recon for clarity in revenue generation. Create marketing strategies to achieve targets and implement best practices to meet partner needs and requirements. Initiate campaign strategies for offering banking products and services. Merchant Experience- Build or Collaborate with the existing Customer experience team for 247 merchant support during transaction
