Job Description
rive key partnerships with lead FIs & NBFC and collection agencies to source collection business and aggregate demand of collections
Review the market landscape, identify partners, review business model of potential partners to bring relevant partnerships for review
Responsible for managing the partnerships, scaling them and accountable for delivery on business from each of the partners. Own the P&L for delivery at a partner level
Monitor portfolio quality on regular basis along with risk and analytics and take proactive corrective steps.
Lead a team of alliance managers to manage key partners .
Develop and implement acquisition strategies to create demand, identify diverse lead generation sources, outbound and inbound campaign development etc.
