Role Responsibilities
Job Summary
Define key responsibilities to reflect the duties and responsibilities of this role.
As part of the Data Technology service excellence team, we are looking at incumbent who can encompass the following capabilities:
• Ownership of business management activities incl. resource management, people engagement, learning and development etc.,
• Location management across data presence
• Process documentation on the modus operandi of all data financials and tracking
• Responsible for delivering MI reporting and analytics, account mgmt. and operational excellence activities
Responsibilities
• This role would coordinate with all services within DT and centrally manage Headcount (Operating Numbers) for the team within a agreed guidelines.
• This resource would also support with the location requirements of the team including rewards and recognitions
• This resource would centralise resource management process to ensure information related to hiring of resources have a single point of contract.
• The resource would also validate / coordinate with the Finance SPOCs of the team to ensure all investment headcounts are in-line with the approved cost plan/budget.
• This resource would also ensure the domain meets all the Hygiene and Governance requirements and if any anomaly is identified, the same is mitigated immediately.
• The resource would also share period dashboards and reports on the Operating Numbers so that the team is aware of their Headcount status and ensure we are within our agreed numbers at all time.
