Job Description
• Manage conference room bookings, room and equipment database. Assist with the procurement of goods and services.
• Manage requests for information, including undertaking necessary research and providing summary reports.
• Draft correspondence emails on behalf of the region including liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide high level administrative support to regional staff across various business units (if required), including coordination of team meetings, preparation and distribution of documents and reports, establishing and maintaining spreadsheets and registers and providing timely information, updates and presentations as required.
• Apply basic knowledge of recordkeeping management principles, policies and standards.
• Ensure operational practices and standards of service and performance comply with departmental and regional policies, legislation (incl. WH&S), and governance obligations.
