About the Role
A fantastic opportunity exists to join a high-performing team responsible for the smooth administrative operation of Council’s Local Laws, Animal Management, Parking, and Planning Investigations areas.
The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills with a strong commitment to customer resolution and enjoy the challenge of a service focused role.
Support the operations of the Compliance teams in line with agreed service levels and standards
Process the administrative aspects of Compliance based applications
Provide high-quality customer service to members of the public, clients and internal stakeholders
Skills & Experience
Sound knowledge of compliance based practices with previous experience in local government compliance administration advantageous but not essential.
Excellent negotiation skills in order to resolve conflict when undertaking compliance activities
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Pathway.
Capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Driven individual with a positive 'can do' attitude
