What’s the role all about

The BSO plays a crucial role in supporting the South Melbourne Market team to deliver an exceptional experience to our traders, shoppers and local community and will provide administrative support to the team in a diverse range of areas including marketing and events, business management, retail development, and customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated customer service and administration professional in an interesting and varied role at one of Melbourne’s iconic destinations.

1 x full-time permanent opportunity.

What you will do

Oversee the key daily functions of the Market Office
Be the face of the Market’s Information Desk, providing assistance to shoppers, traders and contractors.
Provide administrative and business support to the South Melbourne Market team and Committee
Who we are looking for

A diploma or higher in business administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years working in a face-to-face customer service role.
Experience in business and office administration at a senior level.
Extensive experience in the use of MS Office software applications.
