Job Description
Provides support within LSB’s Digital Banking team through Production support, Incident management, customer support, release management testing, platform maintenance and supportive functions as defined.
Essential Functions:
• Performs maintenance requests for Digital accounts in accordance with SLA standards.
• Performs research and resolution with vendors.
• Provides excellent customer services for customers (internal and external) experiencing issues, or questions with Digital Banking platform.
• Performs daily systems monitoring as assigned and per established SOPs.
• Creates help documentation for internal customers regarding Digital Banking or execution of procedures that facilitate Digital solutions.
• Work closely with Business Unit Leadership for continual development and support of Digital Banking roadmap

Required Qualifications:
• Prior business analyst, programmer analyst or system analyst experience is preferred
• 1 to 2 years of customer facing or customer support is preferred
• 1 to 2 years of banking or credit union experience is preferred
• Experience with any digital banking solutions or customer facing digital solution is preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Physical Demands:
• Occasionally lift and/or move items over 10 pounds.
• Remain sedentary (seated) for extended periods of time.
Working Environment:
• Work is performed in a professional office environment.
• This role uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
