What you will be doing: Elaborating product roadmap items into detailed business requirements Identifying and breaking down an epic/feature into its component user stories Defining the product backlog items and owning assigned user stories until development and release Participating in design discussions to ensure alignment with the business requirements Maintaining the product backlog, analysing, and incorporating changes as necessary, providing business clarifications to development and QA teams Working closely with UI and Service developers and QAs to identify the complexity of development, estimate story points, and highlight significant variance if any to scrum master/RTE Preparing acceptance criteria, providing QA direction, and validating developed stories to ensure that they meet the functionality Contributing to building and maintaining a knowledgebase, and helping prepare end user documentation and training artifacts Demonstrating product features to users, driving adoption, identifying business opportunities Participating in enabling support to help users evaluate and use the product, identifying potential issues and enhancements based on customer feedback or market analysis Contributing and propagating ideas to improve product and process during roadmap discussions Innovating, owning, and delivering continuous improvements to the productu2026s functionality, usability, and delivery process What you bring: Strong business analysis skills Experienced in working in an agile environment, and familiar with agile ceremonies u2013 Agile Scrum is needed, SAFe experience is an added advantage Excellent communication u2013 both written and spoken Knowledge of webservices, SOA, and middleware/integration concepts Understanding or working knowledge of ReST architectural style, APIs, microservices Must be able to understand technology concepts, and read data structures such as XML or JSON. Knowledge of UI/UX concepts, understanding of design thinking Prior experience with a middleware application will be an added advantage Knowledge of service testing/UI testing tools will be an added advantage Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic and quick learner, and good analytical thinker Education Requirements: Bacheloru2026s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
