Job Summary:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and improving system design by partnering closely with business and technical teams. You will lead process reviews, business analysis, and functional solution design, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Working in an Agile environment, you’ll present and document solutions, support user acceptance testing, and ensure effective communication across Product, development scrum teams, and stakeholders. You’ll also stay across emerging business analysis trends and champion innovative ways of working, including the use of AI to enhance delivery and outcomes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role.
General knowledge of financial markets, platform industries, superannuation, accounting, and tax procedures.
Strong analytical, numeracy, and solution design skills with proven technical problem‑solving capability.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI‑supported methods into business analysis practices to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Clear, confident communicator with strong verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
Client‑focused and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical stakeholders.
Practical problem‑solver who communicates issues clearly to drive timely resolution.
Innovative mindset with strong critical thinking and decision‑making capability.
Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
