At Intuit we are seeking a highly motivated individual with 3+ years of business tax preparation experience to join our team as a Business Tax Associate
3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns for at least 20 clients/customers per season
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience
Bookkeeping experience and knowledge of Circular 230
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the tax season
Dedicated hardwired internet connection and quiet work location
Responsibilities
In this remote position, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and tax preparation services to our customers using Intuit TurboTax Business products
By leveraging your extensive knowledge of tax laws, you will help customers complete their tax returns and shape the direction of one our newest product offerings, TurboTax Live Business
Provide tax advice and full service business return preparation to customers
Create high quality customer interactions through video communications
Utilize resources to deliver accurate and comprehensive tax advice
Document customer interactions and work towards meeting company key performance metrics
