THE ROLE
The Senior Business Trainer is responsible for delivering more complex and in depth functional training to either internal employees, external Temenos Clients, and/or Temenos Partners in one or more of the primary Temenos Product areas; Transact, Infinity, Wealth, Cloud, or any related products.
OPPORTUNITIES
• Training assignments may vary from Induction to Advanced training, however, as a Principal this role is expected to possess a deeper level of knowledge and training skills as a subject matter expert with the ability to deliver Advanced instruction and assess client readiness.
• This includes the review of all training requirements, preparation for training delivery, and assume a lead role in all training sessions.
• The Principal trainer is expected to require minimal supervision, consistently exhibit a high level of initiative, and possess strong presentation & client-facing skills.
• The Principal Business Trainer will also collaborate and share responsibility for the development of training “Content” in support of the continuous change/update/release of new product features and offerings.
• Given their skill level, the Principal Business Trainer may be called upon to act as a formal mentor or Team Lead to more Junior Consultants.
• The proven ability to operate in a less structured environment, to successfully manage multiple assignments, and become recognized as a subject matter expert is a prerequisite for this position and to be considered for movement to the next Band level.
• Validating the training related exercises to work on various releases of our Temenos products.
• Do R&D and ramping up on the new features and preparing the related content for Temenos products.
• Coordinate with various teams, investigate & validate any issues while ramping up.
• Ability to produce and deliver effective and compelling presentations with business case.
• Evaluate certifications as required.
• Conduct and/or manage training needs analyses efforts to uncover specific training requirements.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Incorporate feedback from Employee surveys and direct employee feedback into the coursework and training offerings.
• Continuously identify process improvements related to training development functions.
• Must be organized, proactive, and assertive and demonstrate initiative.
• Requires strong organizational and time management skills.
• Requires excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills
