At Olympus Corporation, we are seeking a Business Unit Manager – EndoTherapy to lead strategy, drive growth, and build high-performing teams in a dynamic and evolving healthcare landscape.

This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for owning and executing the EndoTherapy business strategy across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead both sales and marketing direction, with full accountability for P&L performance, market expansion, and long-term growth.

You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Corporate Accounts, Medical & Scientific Affairs, and global stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class portfolio strategy.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion

Developing and executing short and long-term strategic plans

Leading and coaching high-performing sales and product management teams

Managing end-to-end P&L, including forecasting, inventory, and margins

Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (HCPs) and industry stakeholders

Identifying new commercial opportunities, including third-party partnerships

Ensuring alignment with global strategy while tailoring for ANZ market needs

What we are looking for:

You are an experienced, strategic leader who thrives on delivering results, with:

Proven senior leadership experience in medical devices (sales and/or marketing)

Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership

Experience within EndoTherapy, GI, or procedural-based portfolios highly regarded

Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams

Ability to influence across clinical and non-clinical stakeholders

Strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership approach

Willingness to travel across ANZ (~30%)
