Responsibilities
• Plan, Execute and ensure go-live of Business-led Offers and Campaigns
• Campaign Performance at overall & channel level, as per Business objectives
• Ensure Near-Zero errors or delays on Campaigns Data, Design & Execution. Own and drive Quality process
• Showcase to Management & Business Units on trends, learnings, hits/missed and new initiatives to enhance Business
Qualifications/Skills
• Understanding of Banking Products, Channels & Services
• Understanding of various communication channels
• Exposure of working with BFSI clients/environment, preferably
• Well versed with Clever Tap or any other Marketing Automation Tool w.r.t. Features, Benefits, Conversions Funnel, Flowcharts, Business Reports & Data structures
• Knowledge of PowerBI/Looker/Google Dashboard suite
• Understanding of Analytics/Ability to understand and interpret Data
• 5-7 Years of work experience in Business Portfolio or Growth Management
