Business / Technical Analyst – Document Management & Compliance Software
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Preferred)
Type: Full-Time
Role Summary
We are seeking a Business / Technical Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions for our document management and compliance software platforms. This role partners with clients, product, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business and technical requirements
Translate needs into functional specs, user stories, and workflows
Support system integrations, APIs, and data flows
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development cycles
Develop test cases and support UAT
Act as liaison between clients and development teams
Support implementations and product enhancements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field
3+ years as Business/Technical Analyst in software
Experience with enterprise, DMS, or compliance platforms
Strong documentation and communication skills
Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integrations
Agile/Scrum experience preferred
Preferred
Experience in regulated industries
Microsoft stack (ASP.NET, SQL Server, Azure, SharePoint/Dynamics)
Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR and compliance
Compensation
$75,000 – $120,000 + benefits
