Position: Business Development Manager (Live Streaming App)
Preferably - Must have experience in Live Streaming App
Location - Mumbai (Currently WFH) Exp. Required - Min. 2 Yrs.
Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Comp. Science/ Mobile dev.
Course CTC - Competitive CTC Package Product base - IOS & Androids Applications. Job Responsibilities -
1. Hire Talents & influencers for Audio chat/Streaming Application.
2. Develop and executive strategies to attract potentials talentsfor the platform.
3. Focus on revenue generating strategies.
4. Handle Streamers managing team and coordinate with management as well as content / Media department.
5. Monitor talent performance & Training.
6. Review portfolios, ability to perform, and assess efficiency.
7. Maintaining Proper documentation and relevant records.
8. Communicate with Talents & creators on a regular basis for feedback collection
+. Ensure Regular participation of Talents in events and Challenges
10. Maintain Talents payment flow by creating timely payment sheets & update records
11. Work with operations team to avoid any gap of communication between talentand Responsible bodies from the organization.
12. Maintain Whatsapp groups of talents & agencies with the OyeTalk team.
13. Plan online & offline events for the talents
Other Qualifications/Skills:
Any Marketing or BMM Degree
Should have similar hands on experience of Min. 3 Yrs
Strong Communications and MS Office skills.
Should have experience with Audio application/ Entertainment Industry - Mobile App & Services Internet Online Media (Audio streaming App) Employment Type - Full-time
