Roles and responsibilities
• Manage company WhatsApp and phone to response to clients and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Contact and coordinate with clients for clients requirements
• Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
• Prepare business proposals, quotations and presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals with the support of the design team
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system
• Identify potential clients and creating opportunities in CRM system
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance, and forecasts.
• Promote the company's brand and values to potential clients and partners
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
• Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and internal teams
• Strong analytical abilities to assess and identify opportunities
Strong problem-solving skills to address clients' needs and overcome obstacles
