• Skillfully cut, trim, debone, and portion meats including beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and game to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage inventory levels of meat products and maintain accurate records of orders and supplies.
• Inspect meat products for quality and minimize waste through effective portion control
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and ensuring proper storage to prevent contamination and spoilage.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in butchery skills and techniques.
Experience – Minimum 10 years in the hotel/catering industry
Qualification – Diploma in Hotel Management or Craft Course

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
