Job Title: Butler
Location: Worli, Mumbai
Role Type: Full-time (Live-in or Live-out)
Experience: 3–5 years (UHNI Homes / 5-Star Luxury Hospitality)
Role Overview
Provide polished, discreet, and high-quality butler and front-of-house services for a UHNI family.
Manage guest experience, dining service, wardrobe care, travel assistance, and daily coordination with household staff.
Ensure seamless functioning of the residence with high standards of service and professionalism.
Working Conditions
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 day
Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Travel Requirements: None
Accommodation (If Live-In): Not Applicable
Meals Provided: Yes
Uniform Provided: No
Key Responsibilities
Welcome, host, and manage guest experience for family members and visitors.
Provide formal dining service: silver service, plated service, and buffet setups.
Handle beverage service, including pantry management, tea/coffee service, and basic bar support.
Manage wine service and simple mixology when required.
Set up dining tables with themes for daily meals, events, and private dinners.
Manage wardrobe care: ironing, steaming, organizing, and seasonal rotation.
Pack and unpack luggage for the principal, ensuring all essentials are organized.
Run errands and perform personal shopping for the family.
Coordinate with housekeeping, chefs, drivers, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle vendor interactions, deliveries, and maintenance visits.
Support event hosting and coordinate flawless private dinner service.
Perform any additional front-of-house duties as required.
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in UHNI residences or luxury 5-star hospitality.
Strong knowledge of formal dining etiquette and service standards.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi/Hinglish).
High discretion, confidentiality, and understanding of private household protocols.
Strong organizational skills for wardrobe, inventory, and daily task planning.
Ability to multitask and manage dynamic household needs.
Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
Preferred Skills
Expertise in silver service
Wine knowledge and basic sommelier understanding
Basic mixology and bar setup skills
Formal butler training or luxury hotel background
Strong guest-handling and hospitality etiquette
