Job brief
The Butler will act as the chairman’s office main point of contact for the Hon’ble group chairman and the key guests.
Responsibilities include greeting, work place arrangements, making dining and entertainment arrangements and keeping chairman’s office and guest rooms/meeting rooms and suites up the best of standards.
Ultimate aim provide the best possible office presence experience for the group Chairman and Key Guests.
• Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet the Group Chairman and Key guests (The main stakeholders) when they arrive and getting them settled in the office.
- Anticipate stakeholder’s needs by learning their preferences, likes, dislikes, etc.
- Have a thorough understanding of snacks, food items and drinks in stock for meals and for service during meetings
- Serve meals and drinks to the stakeholders
- Communicate with housekeeping to ensure office spaces are cleaned and readied proactively before arrival of stakeholders
- Run errands for stakeholders when necessary
- Recommend and arrange various amenities and arrangement for stakeholders as and when required
- See off the key stakeholders when they leave office.
- Remain well-groomed at all times, remain pleasant and soft spoken, be proactive to attend and respond to requirements and ensure best in class service experience
- Graduate in any discipline and diploma/certifications in hotel management is preferred.
- 7-9 years of experience in Personal Butler Service with Ultra Luxury Hospitality setups
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
- Excellent inter personal skills
• Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
