Responsibilities
The Senior Buyer, Beauty (Skincare) is responsible for launching, managing, and expanding the Beauty assortment, revenue, and margins by proposing new categories and styles
Quince's growth and success is directly tied to the performance and success of this role
Key Responsibilities And Year One Deliverables
Build assortment in Beauty categories (with a focus on Skincare and cosmetics) by adding 300 new SKUS to the site, meeting the Quince definition of quality, margins, and ethics
Rapidly scale Beauty by identifying potential 3rd party partners and working with them to efficiently launch and replenish assortment
Build a long term product roadmap that is constantly refined/ updated with new information and learnings
Design and build the cross functional and direct teams needed to ensure long term success
