Job Description
Based on ASCP Messages, Quantity on Hand, ASCP Supply-Demand and Safety Stock level:
Issue, follow-up, expedite and reschedule POs to bring in materials on time to meet factory needs. Responsible for shipping network maintenance in Oracle at Site Level
Issue B2B buy-out POs for finished goods against sales orders, expedite critical orders, resolve issues with suppliers
Work closely with Customer Care & Internal Sales Engineering team to reduce unclean order release to buy-out suppliers.
Issue consumable POs for packaging, man power, Fixed Assets based on internal customer requirements.
Acknowledging shipment schedules of suppliers; cross-checking order confirmation and purchase order
Focal point of liaising between Supplier, Order Entry Team, Customer Care and Sales teams.
Checking the correctness of the shipping docs before collection (price, items, quantity, HS Codes , Country of Origin )
