Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute buying strategies that align with our vision of offering the latest trends and quality products to our customers.
- Collaborate closely with designers, suppliers, and merchandisers to select and curate a contemporary range that resonates with our audience.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed buying decisions.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best products at the most competitive prices, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
Qualifications:
- Previous buying experience, preferably in fashion retail, with a passion for women's contemporary styles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and sales data to drive strategic buying decisions.
- A collaborative and creative mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
