Job Description
As a Concierge Hub Operations Manager at BuyerForesight Events Concierge (BEC) Team, you will be responsible for overseeing two key areas of R&D and event planning within the Concierge Hub sub-division. Your role is crucial in ensuring exceptional experiences and overall client satisfaction at every event hosted by BuyerForesight. Your contributions will directly impact the success and profitability of the company by managing quality standards, addressing potential issues, monitoring team performance, and fostering partnerships. Your previous experience in concierge/event management or hospitality will be valuable in this role. • Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular quality assessments across all segments of the concierge function
- Develop and maintain quality standards and protocols as per defined SLA
- Provide feedback and training to team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements
- Team Management
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to concierge activities
- Identify trends in activity data for efficiency improvements
- Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback
- Proactively monitor operations to address potential issues
- Escalation Management
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure uninterrupted service
- Act as the first point of contact for resolving escalated issues
- Implement measures to prevent recurring issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Qualifications Required:
- 8-10 years of experience in Concierge services, hospitality management, event management, or travel/event operations
- Ability to work in a global environment with multi-cultural teams and high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/Drive, Zoom Conference, and Microsoft Office
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
- Experience managing a minimum of 5 people
