About The Role
Assist and support the growing Tommy Hilfiger Retail Buying team across all categories for stores in Australia & New Zealand. You will provide administration support to the team focusing on the Outlet channel for the end to end buying process.
Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.
Duties & Responsibilities
Consolidate all required product information and costings
Create PMP master data
Upload sales into PMP
Financial sign off - Extract data and check accuracy
Supply chain handover - Extract data and check accuracy
Track purchase orders and manage factory queries; chasing stock deliveries from the supplier
Working closely with the distribution team to ensure effective movement of stock through the business
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
Skills & Experience
Fashion graduate
Strong computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office including Excel
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and a focus on problem-solving
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and follow up with key stakeholders
