About this Role
We're looking for someone who can start immediately, to assist our buyers with our daily sales campaigns. This role is an entry level position and would suit someone who is analytical, procedure based and organised, a “detail person”. You will need to have good excel skills, we will test for this as part of the interview process if you are shortlisted for this position. You will be working closely with our buying/sales team to organise and sort daily and weekend sales deadlines. This role is entry level but has a career pathway opportunity in the buying team for the suitable candidate.
This position is based in our office in Newmarket, Auckland, hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, with the possibility of some flexibility on start and finish times.

Onceit is a New Zealand grown online fashion and lifestyle retailers. We source and sell premium products across a range of categories including apparel, homeware, furniture, kids, accessories & beauty from local and international brands through our successful website and app.
What you will do for us:
Ensure campaign submissions are uploaded to the website, always meeting critical calendar timelines and quality checklists. This requires good time management and speed.
Review quality checklist for each sale including; pricing accuracy, size guides, categories, merchandising product images. This requires great attention to detail and high accuracy.
Source images and why pay values as required.
Manage collection of product information, images & samples from suppliers.
Manage and maintain purchase order information ensuring all relevant documentation have been provided and timelines are meet.

Retail pricing and margin experience/knowledge is an advantage.
Confidence in web admin and fast computer navigation.
Good Mac skills.

Ability to work at a fast pace and cope with high workload times, we have mid-day and weekend deadlines.
Ability to maintain attention to task and with attention to detail.
Excellent command of the English language and ability to communicate with suppliers with respect and good written prose.
Well-presented and well-spoken with ability to present Onceit to the supplier business owner or representative.
