Role: C++ Developer (Linux | High-Performance Computing)
Location: Kandivali- Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 4 years (Modern C++ & Linux)
Working Days: Five
Shift Timings: * AM to 6 PM IST
Mandatory: End-to-end C++
Job Type: 12-month Contract-to-hire role (renewal based purely on performance)

Role Overview
As a C++ Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and research teams while contributing to performance-critical components and guiding best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using modern C++
Performance Optimization
• Identify performance bottlenecks and propose innovative, scalable solutions
Code Review & Testing
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices
• Develop and execute test cases to validate functionality and performance
Collaboration & Mentorship
• Work closely with software engineering and research teams to understand requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers when needed
Documentation
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals
Required Skills & Qualifications
• C++ Expertise: Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++11 / 14 / 17 / 20)
• Linux Environment: Hands-on experience developing in Linux systems
• Parallel Computing: Solid understanding of multi-threaded programming and parallel algorithms
• Mathematical & Analytical Skills: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and numerical methods
• Tooling: Experience with debugging and profiling tools
