Job Description
The person has to maintain and involve in the software development of the existing products and Involve in the New Product developments to help the organization to innovate continuously on their products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Create Design Requirements Register, Assumption Register and Maintain Requirement Specifications before starting a New Software Development.
2. Developing the Software Flowcharts and Architecture before the Software Functionality Development.
3. Should individually develop the program in C++ for Backend and Know the basics for QT/QML for Frontend
4. Should have good expertise in the Core Concepts of Modern C++ and should able to do program development individually.
5. Should have a sound knowledge in Windows Application Development with Multi-Threading concepts.
6. Conduct Weekly Review Design Changes Meeting for existing products with Customer Service, Sales, Production, Quality and Purchase Team and Record all the Improvements needed in Clickup and Make the design change with a prototype and Update the design to the respective team smoothly without affecting the normal operations.
7. Prepare, Maintain and constantly update the ISO Documents assigned to the R&D Team.
Skills:
1. Should be an IT/CSE/EEE/ECE Engineering Graduate with Excellent Software Knowledge in the QT C++ and have basic knowledge in all other software developments.
2. The Candidate with previous experience in successfully developed a Windows based C++ Application is preferable.
3. Should be a constant and rigorous learner in technical books, videos and apply the acquired knowledge in R&D to make continuous innovations.
4. Should have good communication skills to talk to customers and other department team to get the clear understanding for development.
5. Should have Good Problem Solving skills with Analytical Thinking
