In this role you will belong to the Collection BU in the Credit Solutions and Services organization
We help banks and financial institutions digitalize and automate the entire credit value chain from first customer interaction to administration, enabling you to lower your cost of administration, improve process efficiency and shorten your time to market.
With 20 years of experience in the lending software industry we have built a large team of experts and an extensive footprint of customers across the Nordics and Europe. Establishing deep customer partnerships, we incorporate our costumer’s requests and feedback directly into the future development of our software's process of continuous improvement creates productized solutions that can be implemented immediately at a fraction of the cost and with none of the risks of bespoke solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develops or modifies software products and/or customer applications
• Perform detailed code reviews
• Ability to discuss normally encountered technical issues verbally and orally to client/management team.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor /as a collaborative team member
• Willingness to learn new technologies and flexible to scale up
• Work with business and development teams to clarify requirements in Agile.
• Shall learn and work in a Product based environment
• Responsible for design, development, modification, debug and/or maintenance of software systems or products
• Perform analysis, design, implementation, review, unit testing and deployment
• Pursuing high quality in all activities (code, design etc.)
• Learning, growing, and sharing
We expect you to have:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in C++.
• Excellent written & oral Communication Skills.
• Good Team Player and ability to work independently
• Good experience in Windows Development.
• Demonstrable experience with C++.
• Strong in OOAD and OOPS concepts
• Strong in design patterns and SOLID principles
• Strong C/C++ programming skills on Windows
• Good Knowledge on SQL Server (SQL and Stored Procedures)
• Experience in MFC, COM is preferred
• Exposure to TFS, GIT, DevOps
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Technologies such as Microsoft APIs, Multithreading, MFC, IPC, ATL COM, Socket Programming, Multithreading in C++
• Strong Analysis and Debugging skills is a must
• Good understanding of design patterns & principles.
• Exposure to TFS, GIT, DevOps
• Exposure to Azure DevOps and Azure Stack is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision
Certifications in C++ will be an added advantage
