We develop vulnerability assessment software which enables end-users to identify and manage threats to critical infrastructure and other high-value assets. Each product we sell provides customer-specific analyses presented through a 2D and 3D geospatial interface. We work with major industry providers and sell directly to governments, militaries and law enforcement agencies worldwide who are engaged in force protection and counter-terrorism.
We are a small SME with a strong position in our market, and operate under an Employee Ownership Trust ownership model.
Role
We are looking for a software developer with C++ experience to join a small, experienced development team. The role will involve developing elements of our specialist geospatial analysis tool for Counter Terrorism and Force Protection applications as it continues to grow and evolve to match our customers’ requirements.

Key Skills
• Demonstrated competence in C++ coding
• Disciplined, organised and dependable
• Shows initiative and able to work with limited supervision
Desired Skills
• Experience with Visual Studio, Microsoft TFS and using MFC classes
• Experience with geospatial applications
• Experience of working with relational databases, ideally SQLite
• Experience of working in an Agile development environment
Beneficial Skill
• Experience with C#/.Net
• Experience Microsoft Azure based cloud applications and infrastructure
• Experience with full-stack web applications, Typescript and frontend component frameworks
Other Requirements
UK National, holding or able to obtain a UK National Security Clearance.
Salary
£35,000 - £55,000 depending on experience and fit
